Improving Your Golf Swing
It's all in the swing
You may not believe it, when you swing a golf club then proceeds straight down toward the legs and the hips.
The golf golf swing is first and foremost about how the body is being coiled upwards thereby creating the needed tension in the muscles as well as torque to be able to let out that all powerful down swing. Particularly, that the golf swing is created anywhere in between the golfer's turning his or her upper body as well as shoulders and the turning - to a lesser degree - the lower body and the hips.
Relax
It is highly recommended that you shouldn't perform the swing in a speedy manner. If a golf swing is in any way done in a hurriedly, the down swing doesn't swing fast, actually it could do the opposite.
The golf swing speed should be in a tempo that is steady and should neither be fast or slow. For certain, many golfers have a habit to swing either too fast or slow in the down swing. Anytime you catch yourself or are aware of you doing this, try to slow it down a bit.
The move downswing
When you reach the down swing, all you really need to do is to just let it go. Let the down swing happen. Yet, this only applies if ever you were able to start with a golf stance, golf swing and grip that is right.
The down swing must be the natural result of all that went before it. If you were able to perform your golf swing in the right form, your body will unwind in itself thus swinging the club and hitting the ball with a follow through this balanced.
The follow through swing
A follow through might be best seen as the feather in your cap move. The legs must be somewhat straight and the hips have to form a straight line together with the legs.
This move will serve as the gauge of the full swing you have just done. You know that you were able to pull a swing that is smooth and balanced if in the end you have a position that looks like the letter C, only in reverse.
